The UK tour locations for John Akomfrah’s Listening All Night To The Rain have been revealed.

Originally commissioned by the British Council for the British Pavilion at the 60th International Art Exhibition, La Biennale di Venezia 2024, this immersive audio-visual journey of sights and sounds is seen as a manifesto that encourages the idea of listening as activism. The exhibition continues Akromfrah's investigation into themes of memory, migration, racial injustice and climate change.

Following its stop at Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Cardiff in 2025 and Walker Gallery Liverpool in 2026, you'll next be able to experience the multi-screen sound and time-based works in Dundee from December 2026.
