BEYOND is the leading annual UK conference focused on research and innovation in the creative industries.
Delegates can join in person or online via livestream, with speakers ranging from creatives and researchers to industry leaders.
We work in partnership with the BEYOND conference to encourage more globally relevant discourse during the event. Through our unique international network we invite creative pioneers, policy makers and government representatives from countries all over the world to participate in the conference.
In 2023, our programme focused on exploring the global landscape of creative economies and the new forms they are taking. In 2024, we explored the innovative potential of Creative Cities.
In 2025 we convened over 40 international delegates from 16 countries in Media City, Salford. Delegates participated in a full day programme ahead of the conference giving them the opportunity to explore models of culture-led regeneration, successful skills-pipeline approaches, and the way in which strategic investment in infrastructure has driven economic and cultural growth across Greater Manchester.
We contributed to the programming and engagement of international speakers at the conference to explore the intersection of imagination, technology, and place, and emerging ecosystems where creators, technologists, and communities co-design the future.
