A little bit of peace
After Dark w/ Vraell
Vraell is the project of London-based, Sicilian-British composer and guitarist Alessio Scozzaro. He’s a classically trained player whose ethereal, fingerpicked sound moves between neo-classical guitar, singer-songwriter intimacy and ambient electronics. ‘A lot of the artists on this mix are very new and dear to my heart … so I hope they inspire you!’ This one's all about neo-classical tunes and soft bops for inspirational and peaceful contemplation. Featuring the likes of Hania Rani, Gia Margaret and Novo Amor.
Warm, melodic, electronic music
After Dark w/ Tokomololo
Tokomololo is a Welsh electronic artist from Anglesey. He blends warm, textured beats with Welsh-language vocals and field recordings from the Eryri mountains. ‘The mix ended up being almost exclusively German or UK based’ but showcases amazing electronic music that’s come out of Wales. Drawing influence from artists like Bonobo, Four Tet and Kiasmos, Tokomololo’s music weaves atmosphere and rhythm, while exploring themes of finding comfort in solitude. In this mix, expect something floaty and dreamy.
Dubby, spaced out textures
After Dark w/ Auracul
Constantly exploring new sounds and pushing the limits of what is possible, Auracul's DJ sets are a testament to her love and passion for the art of electronic music. ‘This mix is also heavily influenced by my love for dub-techno’ she explains. With a keen ear for selecting tracks that flow together seamlessly, and a mastery of blending different genres, Auracul creates a truly immersive and transcendent experience for her audience. Recognised as a dynamic and innovative West-Midlands DJ who is making waves in the underground electronic music scene, Auracul embodies the spirit of creativity and pushes the boundaries of conventional sound with her genre-blurring DJ sets.

Selector’s 25th
Sian meets the second Selector host Goldierocks! Goldierocks lovingly watched over Selector for over a decade starting in 2009. They chat about music evolution, iconic guests, globetrotting parties and more. You’ll also hear treats from the live session archives from Jordan Rakei and Slow Club.
SXSW London
Team Selector whisks you around London’s SXSW (South By South West) on only the second times the festival has been in the capital. Tuen in for a catch-up with multi-talented artist Chisara Agor, all about their time on the Musicians in Residence programme – all ahead of their performance for BBC Introducing. We follow that with a chat with French-American neo-soul performer GAÏA, recorded after her performance at PITCH Scotland at The Ditch.
